Aemote is a digital emotional wellbeing product whose purpose is to improve users emotional wellbeing and insights. By accessing or using Aemote, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Intellectual Property Rights

Aemote and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Data Veritas Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of Aemote without prior written consent from Data Veritas Limited.

Any content you upload to Aemote remains your intellectual property. However, by uploading such content, you grant Data Veritas Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and modify your content in connection with the operation of Aemote.

Termination and Suspension

Data Veritas Limited may suspend or terminate your access to Aemote at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms of use. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app or by contacting us at support@aemote.com.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may not be able to access certain features or retrieve any content or data associated with your account. Data Veritas Limited will not be liable for any damages resulting from the suspension or termination of your account.

Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

Aemote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Data Veritas Limited disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Data Veritas Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Aemote, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Data Veritas Limited, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable lawyers' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Aemote, your violation of these terms of use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Data Veritas Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
